Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, relaxing spa, good food, close to terracotta soldiers and palace.

The hotel offers a great breakfast and it was located close to the main attraction that we wanted to see. We were able to beat the crowds, which made our visit more enjoyable. The property is beautiful and the lobby fountain was impressive. We also enjoyed the hot spring spa on the property.
The rooms were not well-maintained. Some areas were dirty and the plumbing in the shower did not work properly.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the garden. the spa offered a range of relaxing treatments that we enjoyed. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to popular tourist attractions and local restaurants.
the hotel's facilities were outdated and in need of maintenance, which detracted from our overall experience.

the private hot spring pool was the highlight of my visit. the attentive staff helped prepare it for me at my request, even during the night. the spacious garden was well-manicured creating a relaxing atmosphere that boasts exclusivity. the English-speaking staff provided excellent service, and the five bottles of complimentary water were a nice touch.
The room I stayed in had a minor issue with dated decor, specifically the furniture and paintwork. Although the buffet breakfast was lovely, the quality of the food in the restaurant did not quite meet my expectations for a luxury hotel.

The resort offers a relaxing atmosphere set in beautiful gardens with various hot spring pools of different temperatures. the staff are friendly and there are many facilities on site like a restaurant and a spa. the rooms are elegant and luxurious with excellent bathrooms. Breakfast options are traditional Chinese. the hotel is located in the city center with easy access to taxis.
A small number of staff speak English, which may pose communication challenges for some guests.

The location was excellent, with a beautiful and serene atmosphere. The natural hot spring pools were a highlight and had various temperatures, with dragon head showers in some. We enjoyed the great variety of food and drinks available within the hotel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, with many able to speak English. We felt comfortable and safe.
